Mission Patients seen and treated: 946 patients over 4 clinic days with 4 doctors of optometry
Patients treated for general health issues: 91 patients with 1 medical doctor and 1 registered nurse
Mission Glasses Dispensed: 450 glasses dispensed (101 made on site)
Mission Comments regarding donations: Without the donation of drops from Alcon, we absolutely would not have been able to treat the patients sufficiently. Because so many of the patients work outdoors in the fields, the donated wetting and other drops were essential to providing quality eye care.
