We are as committed as ever to keeping you safe. Our staff is vaccinated and boosted, and we take every precaution in accordance with essential worker guidelines for Covid-19. We ask that our patients and our staff stay home if they were exposed or showing symptoms, so we also ask for your patience if we are short staffed.
Further, we will be operating under the new Chicago ordinance and requiring proof of vaccination from anyone visiting our offices. Please have a physical or electronic copy with you when you come in for your appointment.
