2014 Customer Service has two new faces, our Patient Liaisons, Tayler and Jeff
Visionary Eye Care Professionals recognizes the value of time, for our patients, for our opticians and for our doctors. With a faster paced office and digital scheduling demands it was clear we needed some facilitators for everyone. Meet our new Patient Liaisons, Tayler Lorence and Jeff Bergstrom. For our patients, they are central scheduling and billing, and offer information that manages the patient experience from pre-exam paperwork to choosing eyewear to checking out. Our opticians and doctors will have more dedicated time to spend on patient care while Tayler and Jeff manage store ops.
